Super Llama: Llamas are awesome! (21)

And So It Ends

0 min read
Today was the last day of spring break.  Tomorrow it is back to school (and an 8 AM class at that!).  Luckily, I was able to do quite a bit of photography over break.  I made it out to the zoo twice and to the state park once.  I've got plenty of photos to update with while I slave away in the classroom for a while.  But hey, only 8 more weeks of school left until summer, right?  Not that summer will be much of a break if I end up taking a summer course.  Hopefully I'll be getting an internship in Alaska instead, but that's a pretty slim chance. Have you ever wondered about the black lines running down from the cheetah's eyes?  An old African story tells that the black lines are actually stains from tears.  The cheetah cries because it does not fit in with the other big cats; unlike other big cats, it cannot roar, its claws are not retractable, and its body shape is very different.  To learn more about these amazing creatures, plus visit Cheetah Conservation Fund. :thumb74671259:  :thumb73854810:  :thumb72377967:  :thumb71885640:  :thumb70944732:  :thumb70061026:  :thumb69914393:  :thumb69810393:  :thumb69269206:  :thumb68455083:  :thumb67571515:  :thumb67560494:  :thumb66138311:  :
